I'm proud of how I've been managing this lately. My partner has also been great for helping me maintain perspective in all of this. They just let me know they'll be out of town for the night - instantly my mind jumped to the thought of binging.

Try grabbing a couple of movies or exploring a new hobby and keep your mind busy!
