Scared, very scared
Good morning. I have been here before some time ago under a different name. I know I need to be back here because I can not do sobriety on my own! I have managed some extended time in the past and need to get back to that point. I feel so lost and scared right now, need to get back on track.

you can do it.i am a year and a half sober and still struggling.the difference this time around i think i finally know i does not get any better if i pick up a drink.good luck.meetings meetings meetings.

Welcome back. Sometimes I think "lost and scared" is just the way us humans feel much of the time. You're in good company. I think staying on track is the hardest thing in the world to do ... but it's also the most rewarding. Keep posting!

Welcome back-glad you're ready to make a change!
I think it's helpful when people come back with a new name to tell the old name. We often worry when someone disappears and it's nice to know they're okay, just back with a new handle

At one time I was so appalled by what I had done drunk (cheated on my wonderful husband) and I didn't want anyone to know it was me. Do what you need to do but know that all of us have attempted to put on a different face to pretend we were someone else . We always end up with the person we are at the end of the day.

It is ok to be scared... we all are.
you are welcome to come here we will support you in all we can.
It is hard to keep sober on your own!
I could not do it on my own and SR helped me.
My family does not know.
and my friends do not understand at all!
So you can ask and advice others...
so we all learn and support each other.
