I'm new here
I've been lurking for quite awhile. What a great site this is! So glad that I found youse here!
AHBF and I are finally separating after nearly two years of his madness. I'm moving into a house, and he's signed a lease for an apartment close to his job.
He's been going to AA and working on his sobriety nearly everyday for almost three months. He's been depressed since, we've had zero sex life and very little good communication.
He relapsed this past Sunday, and that was it for me. I told him he needed to get his own place that he wouldn't be moving into the house with me, that was supposed to be ours. It has taken a lot of strength to stand my ground.
It's very hard on me. I love him dearly but he's driven me crazy, non-stop. It doesn't help that I have Graves Disease and every bit of stress causes my symptoms to flare up. I told him that he was detrimental to my health.
I'll be looking for support here. Thanks!

Do not let him weasel his way into your home and make you miserable!
Must be something in the air with all these relapses.

He's a big boy. He can take care of himself!
