Withdrawals after drinking for only 4 non-consecutive days???
I am starting to think I am getting sick, but I thought I would ask anyways. I am on day 3 again, after a relapse of 4 non-consecutive days. Before that I had almost 2 months straight of sobriety.
I have had a nasty headache since yesterday, nausea, and my vision is a bit blurry and pain behind my eyes. The light from the computer screen is even hurting my eyes and making my head hurt more. Could this be withdrawal symptoms? I never felt this when I first detoxed a few months ago. Maybe I am just getting sick?? The flu??
I am going to call my doc when they open at 9 today.
Thanks.

I'm not a doctor but I'd be surprised if there's not some relationship to alcohol and withdrawal anchorbird
Have you read up on kindling at all?

If you are sick, seeing a doctor will help.
If you are in withdrawals, only consistent sobriety will help. You said in an early post that you are convinced that sober is the answer. Good luck.
