I'm an alcoholic and I need to get help to recover. I'm hungover - again and hate everything about what I'm doing to myself. I started drinking at 9am (I'm self employed and work from home).....not sure what time I quit last night. I wake up in the middle of the night and loath myself. I'm hoping this forum will help me recover

Welcome. keep an open mind and utilize what may be helpful to you. It helps me to know I am not the only one struggling. take care. real new myself again. helps to read here I find, online AA meetings Ive found and been listening to are helpful. Just listening to positive stuff others have to say and how I see they are seeming to stay sober and some actually enjoy it. Good luck
