I'm Done - 1 Week
It is with much gratitude to SR that I can say I am one week sober today. I feel great, I really do. No white knuckling, no cravings, I am astounded by that actually. I have never, ever been able to quit more than one or two days max on my own. I have simply made a plan, and work it every day. I check in with SR several times a day, and try to be active about keeping sobriety my number one goal.
I have made several friends here, and everyone is so helpful and willing to offer solid advice. I will continue to double down on my sobriety, to work my plan and to heed the wise guidance of my therapist.
The 24hr thread keeps me accountable, and is an amazing yet simple tool. Thank you deeker!
