Is apple cider vinegar safe to use?

I'm highly addictive to alco so just wanted to ask if apple cider vinegar is alco free?
Im trying to get fit and my friend suggested to drink 2 table spoons of this vinegar a day. I know you are probably laughing about this small amount Im worried about. But Im very cautious about everything I drink now.

I don't know if it contains alcohol dr. Google should know. But I do the 2 tablespoons a day and have never had a problem/trigger/buzz.

I use it in salad dressing so I think it's fine. I hope so anyway, but I can't say it's ever had me climbing the walls. I was shocked when someone mentioned vanilla :O xxx

I believe apple cider vinegar (regardless of the cider bit) is alcohol free - but it will have an alcohol content on the bottle if it's not HF

its made by fermenting pulverized apples, in which sugars in pulverized apples are broken down by bacteria and yeast. In the first stage of fermentation, the sugars are turned into alcohol. Then, if the alcohol ferments further, you get vinegar. i think by that stage it is acidic acid.

I use it for cooking now instead of wine. I tried drinking it for a bit but couldn't stomach it (it is meant to increase metabolism Least) so I took it in tablet form for a bit instead x

That's funny because I just cleaned my walls and baseboards with (white, it's cheaper) vinegar this morning! It was natural and didn't harm the paint... and was cheaper than the commercialized cleaners out there. The more I learn about vinegars the more I like them.

Oh, and for the ACV to drink/ eat, get the raw stuff. I like the Braggs brand.

There are two little books out, by Vicki Lansky, one called Baking Soda and one call Vinegar (or titles to that effect) about the many qualities of those two things.

You are fine. So many good properties vinegar does. The GI tract, digestion, Ph balance. I use it to clean my Cathedral tall windows in my home. Little dawn Soap and Vinegar makes them spotless.
