day 33

on day 33 health benefits amazing and im being soooo productive...I still miss alcohol though...I want to stop feeling this xxxxxxxx

Congratulations! Maybe you can try to dig a little deeper in your thinking and try to figure out what you really miss....the drink....or the reason to drink...or something else?? I know for me, once I changed my thinking to dig a little deeper it made the cravings lessen.

Day 30 for Me. I KNOW I can't drink anymore. Don't want to.

About the Last 5 days here, I've been Having what I choose to call "Empty Cravings", as I have no Desire of following up on them. It's kind of a Creepy Feeling and I just have to go through them.

I was even 1/2 way to the Liquor store on the end of My block, last week-

I thought: "What the Heck are You doing? I don't WANT to Drink! But here were My Legs taking Me there Anyway...WOW !!!
