Day 60
Morning all! 60 days sober today. Feeling really good mentally and physically. All those early pains and anxiety gone. AV still tries but seem able to fight him off. When I feel that temptation I recall how worried I was about my health and how horrible I felt mornings when I would wake up. Putting in 2 miles a day on treadmill, eating good, and staying busy. I realize the journey/challenge is not over but finally feeling that I'm on the winning side. And for those wondering if they can win against this demon, if I can do it after nearly 30 years of pretty heavy drinking then all of you can! Enjoy your day, stay strong, and make today a bit better than yesterday.

Good going Bill! Send me some of your exercise vibes...I know that you and Hevyn are facing some brutal cold temps this weekend too.
I'm glad that you feel better and stronger...AV is always lurking for me this time of year especially.

Fandy - Yes he is one of my dogs 
And as far as exercise goes it seems that now that I am feeling better I want to get healthier both nutrition aspect as well as physical! Very cold up here for sure. I'm tired of the winter already.
All - Thanks for all the continuing support. I started here at Day 18 I think and one major part of the success so far for me is support here.
