I made it through my first Friday night sober. I'm about to go to bed and I feel tired naturally from my workout earlier, NOT because I drank to feel tired

Reading posts on this site helped me earlier in weaker moments of wondering, "Ok, now what?" but I did some crossword puzzles and read news articles and before I knew it, I felt positive again.

Feels great to be sober and FREE!!
