SR Saved My Life

A week ago, I could not have imagined that I would be here a Friday night...checking some emails, just back from the gym...feeling good.

Just last Friday my world was filled with despair....I found this site and poured my heart out hoping someone would hear me. And you did. And I want to thank you. You here at SR reached out to me and told me I would be okay. You accepted me and listened to me.

If it were not for you, I really do not know where I would be today.

Same time I started coming here! I never thought so either but glad I did. And glad you kept coming back. It was a great thing for both of us. Oops, getting a little teary eyed. Congratulations on this week. And thanks to all!

Glad you're feeling better Nicole! Keep up the routine - sobriety, SR, and exercise. Sounds like it's doing the trick. Slow and steady wins the race, keep working and keep coming back!
