First days of recovery
Even though I'm here now to get help with recovery, it doesn't mean I've never had periods of sobriety. Which were never longer than, well too short.
The first days I noticed anxiety. No, let me rephrase that... I felt terror. Severe fear about mundane things.
*** THIS WILL PASS IN 3 OR 4 DAYS!!! ***
Unfortunately I started drinking again after the fear, making the fears come true. Really, quit before they do. They're a, excuse my French, bitch to deal with.
Quit now. Continuing to drink only makes your problems worse. I am taking my own advice. Those who have followed me this evening will notice one thing. I am typing clearly. And I got my motivational tune up on my profile.
That's because I quit. With alcohol present. I quit, to be honest, in a pretty drunk state. But it's wearing off. But I did it because even a leave is more important than drinking. And more beautiful.
