Day 4, feeling great
So it's the beginning of day 4. I feel great. I've been lucky to have had minimal symptoms. Yesterday evening was a little rough only because I had an anxiety attack but it's over now and praying it'll be a better evening today. I can't believe I've waited this long to not drink. I keep thinking about what if situations, such as summer outings, or get togethers, but keep reminding myself to take it one day at a time. My goal is to reach 30 days first, then make a new goal. Also to get fit and sexy!
