I feel that it's terrible that I should even feel this way as I know that really my problems are not that bad, I have lots of responsibility (5 kids) divorced etc and depression I have had on and off for 14 years, which has taken a really bad turn recently

It's not terrible at all to feel like that
Have you seen your Doctor about how you're feeling at the moment? Xx
PS I also get periods of depression and anxiety and I know how it feels when you're
in the middle of an episode. I can honestly say, this forum has helped me with that
as well as quitting drinking. Stay with us - I promise you won't regret it

I think Skye's suggestion of seeing your Dr is a good one, so I'm glad you're talking to someone today - do tell us what goes on with the mental health team
