Welcome, JECCS! What is your story? What was your "poison"? Why did you decide to stop drinking? For me there was a lot of anxiety at first but things got better quickly.
Are you asking for advice on how to stay sober or what to do now that you are sober? Or both?

I KNOW We may pick up again. I have-I may again. But I can't stop TRYING !!!
I just got day 23 - Almost went to the Liquor store twice today-BEFORE AND AFTER an AA
Meeting. All that helped Me tonite was to Remember how much better I feel NOW than I would if I pick up again. I have been eating, sleeping, and thinking better. I feel like I have CHOICES now. I don't like being Sick.

20 days is awesome and nobody can take that from you. You accomplished that yourself. Today is the start of day#10 for me and day 20 may as well be next year for me haha. Keep up the good work and gratz on choosing to live sober!
