Taking the first set now what....
I am in need of Step 2 Help.....Do I find a treatment center to get facts about what, where, when, how, who BEFORE I pull tell my family what I have decided to do? Ideally I want a 30 day inpatient facility and I want it to start like...Yesterday 
That is why I am struggling with how the order of events should play out.

Salvation Army Rehab programmes are in most cities and free - they are long term tho - 6 months or so I think
You could use this national database of treatments centres - enter your general location then hit the select services button and you can refine your results to parameters like cost.
