17 Day's
17 Day's
Hi all,
I have been 17 Day's Sober & Cig Free, I never thought I would ever be given a Crack at Sobriety but I have.
I'm extremely grateful and cherish the importance of Sobriety and I actually call this new chance as a gift. A gift from where I'm unsure (higher Power?)
Being brought up as a Catholic and walking away from the Religion in my teens I'm yet to nominate my higher power. But there has to be a higher power, and I quite often read readings of Buddhism so I guess for me that is my HP. I have been involved in AA before but the reference repeatedly to God doesn't sit with me very well.
Anyway 17 Days feeling great but I do have my guard up.
Each Day Sober Is A Victory!!
