my sister is in the first stages of chirrosis. this information I received from her doctor when she was last in the hospital after 2 seizures at home and another in the ER (not her first experience with seizures).
she called last night and I could hardly understand a word she said. when I called back she told me, "leave me the f*** alone. it's none of your business", even though she called me.
she's most likely going to die from this disease and try as I might, there is only so much I can do to help.
There is no law against drinking yourself to death.

I'm so sorry I hope you keep reading and posting here. You can't change HER, but you can definitely get support for yourself from people who "get" what you're going through.
