Day One

Well this is it. Day One.

It's 9 am and the work begins. I'm a little nauseaus but some breakfast may help. I'm feeling blessed today that this can be the day I've been waiting for............ withdrawal and all. Hopefully, I'll have no ill effects.

Doctor appointment is at 2 pm. We'll see where that takes me.

Good luck to all those others out there on Day One, too!

Together we'll get through it.

Thanks to all that have been there for me. I might need a little extra help these next few days.

Blessings, Kris

Day 1 again for me, but I am not going to let everything I have learned in my last 3 sober months just go down the drain. I can do this again and so can you.

First day is always hard. Remember to distract yourself and not build up sobriety as this huge insurmountable mountain. I'm only on day 14 but I have failed alot in the past, and its because I build the day up too much.Today is like any other day except you arent going to drink x
