I have been trying to stop, seems it is so hard .Of the last 27 years, one and a half years drinking , been 6 plus months of uncontrolable drinking now.
Sunday morning I was going to an AA meeting, I didn't ,just bought some wine and went home.
I understand the bad feelings ,pain will last awhile. I have seeked some counseling , If I can't quit soon I will go to treatment!!

Quitting drinking is tough, at first, but once you get thru the first few weeks you'll be feeling a lot better. Keep at it. Don't give up now!

I tried and failed many times at quiting. The important thing is not to give up.
It took me a long time to become an alcoholic and it took me a long time to finally get sober.
