I don't mean to sound too melodramatic but my latest effort at Sobriety and no Cigs, to me is truly a gift at least that is the way I'm treating my Sobriety.

I have been Sober before but this time I have everything in prospective. Now I know there is a great emphasis on God and or a Higher power, there would be a time I would say that doesn't work for me but I see all of this so different now.

It was like I was placed outside my body and was shown how I am / Who I am on the Grog / Cigs.

As I said Earlier It feels as if I have been handed this precious gift (SOBRIETY)
and that is the way I am treating my sober life now like another chance and that it is now my duty to hold onto that and help others along the way.

If you are new here please hang in there one day at a time and as the day's roll by give yourself a pat on the back try not to think for now long term just one day at a time. I hope I'm making sense.
