60 days and SLEEP!
60 days sober today, my SR friends!
I cannot believe it in some ways.
I, the chronic insomniac since I was a teenager, am finally SLEEPING!!!! Guess my body and brain are healing from years of abuse. Whew!
What an up and down 2 months. I'm still hanging on to this sobriety ride ODAAT, but super grateful to my HP and the support I've found along this short journey.
Thanks for letting me share.
