Sick of (being) sick

Hi everyone. Just joined today after reading a few threads and decided it was time for the pain train to stop here. As I write this my head is pounding and I feel sick as a dog. Enough is enough.

Normally whenever I join a forum I never really consider/take the time to post in a Newcomers thread to introduce myself.

But this is all about change, right?

Welcome. This decision to end the pain can be the highlight of our life if we follow through. There will be some pain to deal with and our inner selves trying to detour our goal.= That's to stop drinking and feel comfortable in our own skin. Keep coming.
