3 weeks!!

I feel empowered!
Wow, I'm starting to believe that I can succeed this time in quitting. I had a few rough spots but for the past week my AV hasn't said a peep. During my 'white knuckling' moments, playing the tape to the end truly helped, it's just not worth it.

I am trying not to think too far ahead. The Summer will be a challenge for me (everybody drinks around me), but I will cross that bridge when I get there.

This board has also helped tremendously! Thank-you all!

Thank-you all, it feels great. Depression has lifted a bit and my energy is returning slowly. I'm excited to keep going, I know it will just get better.
