Day 5 Check in - Feeling pretty good! :)
I've been getting a little tetchy in the evenings but I'm not running out to the shop to buy wine - instead I'm being super-productive! Cleaning, clearing out cupboards etc. I've even made a good start on the pile of paperwork... It's been freaking me out for weeks/months and it feels good to have gotten the most important at least started.
Sleep is getting better although last night I had a very graphic dream that I was a prostitute arguing with guys who I owed money to, I'd tried to trick them and then loads of women turned up and started screaming and shouting at me too! Phew! Was I glad I woke up when I did? It was getting pretty mental!
All in all, feeling pretty good, cravings come and go, like waves, if I keep swimming to shore, the waves will get shallower
I'm coming home!
