Withdrawal - a minor thing that is bothering me

Ok trying again here for 2014. I have experienced many withdrawal symptoms, night sweats, feeling agitated and manic, eating too much, short attention span.

But now, and the thing that is bugging me is my tongue! It's feeling rough and pale in color, but I don't have a cold or flu? Anyone else have/had this. I will see how I am tomorrow - but I'd like to hear that I'm not alone!

Thanks guys

If it doesn't go away, see your doctor.

I had the same thing. I think it is just a process of withdrawal, but I also think it has to do with anxiety. Actually when I had anxiety attacks in the past my tongue felt odd. Part of the thing with anxiety you feel hypersensitive to things your body are doing and tend to focus on them.

Sometimes to we become more aware. We just notice things that have been that way for a while. Also, do you smoke cigarettes? If so you might be smoking more and might now just be becoming aware of the damage they do.

I have heard of this Marius - it's not just you.

I'm so glad you are back on track. You can do it.
