Asked a girl out from work I've know for a few months, there's been some
chemistry, more than that, we flirt a bit. I wrote her a quick text.

She's on a plane so I won't hear back yet. I'm either that weirdo, or, well probably that weirdo ha. Or, could work

Meh, sorry for the thought drop. Just new times. It's odd. during writing this I took a fair few Valium to not overthink this. Would be hard to face her not feeling mutual.

I'm still not out. Never will be. Just saying I've tried so much; psychologists, counsellors, support lines.

I ruined my share of relationships because I abused drugs and drank. I was in no mental state to deal with another person, with feelings. I took from them, like I took drugs and drank...because it was all about me, not them.

If you care about the girl, and having a relationship, work on yourself before you think about dating and all that stuff.

You did good on the asking her out. You gotta plant a lot of seeds ya know? Just don't worry if it doesn't work out (easier said than done I know). But ease up on the Valium buddy.
