Hives

Do any of you deal with hives because of stress? I've noticed I'm having a weird issue with it that started this week and it's flared up on me because AH wants to have a talk over lunch. What the crud

Hiya Katchie

Personal experience rather than medical advice
I used to have this happen lots when my kids were little and I still lived with their outrageous bully of a father.
I used to take a couple of spoonfuls of Piriton syrup (chlorphenamine ) and it cleared it right up

O my dear....I get hives and all sorts of skin issues when I am stressed. I have found I go through alot of cortisone cream and keep a supply of the gold bond lotion on hand also, it does help.

After I had my kids my skin became extremely sensitive, now I break out in hives very easily.

I am sorry. Deep Breaths.....

I also get them when I feel stressed or anxious.
They usually went away in a few days but sometimes
I used cortisone cream (over the counter) if they were really itchy.
Not advising that, just what I did.

Take care and hope talk goes well.
Do you know what he wants, or is that part of the stress?

i get an eye twitch and/or panic attacks.

are you sure hives are from stress and not an allergy?

Me too. I only get then when I am super stressed. Cortisone cream is what I use too and it helps a lot.

I didn't know what he was wanting but my intuition was correct and it causes an itchy flare up on my lower neck and chest. I've posted about our lunch.
