Use the hatred against this disease. It's good that you're angry it means you're resisting this monster and the demon inside your brain is throwing a tantrum like a child who wants his candy. You've seen that toddler at the grocery store or Walmart.. Blood curdling scream, snot running out of his nose and his face is Red and tear streaked. That's how I look at the beast when it wants a drink, I say no and stick to my guns and he beast throws a fit. We have to be strong and use the anger to our advantage, don't be that parent who gives into that brat.
Hang in there, it will get better but only if you don't give in.

I really believe the more you do for your recovery the more you'll get out of it Liss - keep talking to your sponsor and other people like us, hit those meetings, and think about your step work.
