almost 30 days sober
hi. I'm new.
I thought maybe hearing about other people's recovery or sharing my own experience would be good.
I am 28 days sober. I feel good. Everything is going well. I like not drinking. I feel a lot better : )

One day at a time MM1PRDCR1, I'm at 8 days now but never really considered myself and "Alcoholic" I thought I had control of my problem. I'm not a daily drinker I'm simply a manic binge drinker....when I get started I can't stop then I black out, make a fool of myself, get DUI, miss the toilet when urinating....just a complete mess. I'm excited at the opportunity of sobriety and yes I'm scared of a relapse as this is my first attempt. Be strong! Especially with the New Years holiday coming up!
