It's weird, I woke up like any
Other day and I realised it was 2 weeks- at that moment I just lost all confidence.

What about pouring out the rest? There's no law that says you have to drink it all.
Even if thats what you've always done - why not send a message of change to yourself?

Confidence and fear are 2 separate emotions.

Maybe you got scared of dealing with your feelings? Maybe you were bored?

Yo dee I was just about to go and do something when all if a sudden I just couldn't do it. It's like I needed confidence to go do what I was going to do. So I went to the liquor store before I could do what I wanted to do
