Do you mean exhausted with Christmas or exhausted with drinking, or exhausted by a little of both Kayla?

Don't beat yourself up, Kayla. It's a process; if it was easy to quit there wouldn't be a word like "alcoholic" in the dictionary. What are you doing to try to stop?

That was me for years - I gave all I had to others and kept so little in reserve for myself I had to drink to redress the balance.
Maybe it's time to look at doing things differently Kayla?
