I had 9 days..even xmas day...
I have royally screwed up.
I had 9 days (I think), and even survived xmas day around relatives who were drinking.
It would seem from my phone logs that I have been blackout drunk from 6pm 25th till now.
All I know for certain is that I have drunk 1.66L of vodka and now it is Dec 27.
I can face tomorrow being another day 1.
I am an alcoholic, but I am not beaten.

Be careful and please consider getting medical treatment as alcohol withdrawal after a binge can be very dangerous.
Even if you don't think you need it, you may consider seeing a doctor because that could give you the kick in the butt you need to get going.

Thanks for the concern but I was given Diazepam tabs for anxiety..no doubt fuelled by alcoholism. I have a few spare if needed, but I'm sure I'll be fine medically
I just posted to really make a public start date for myself.

Also, I would like to praise everyone involved in the running of this site.
I have "lurked" for quite some time before becoming a member.
During that time I have learned much about addiction.
This open access to all approach helps educate so many.
I could / would not have paid to access an addiction support site.
Thanks for being here.
