90 Days Today!!!!
Hi-
90 days down for me! It's been a whirlwind of a journey so far and I'm so very grateful for everything that my sobriety can given me so far.
I sleep better, I have a new outlook on life and what my values are. I get up everyday ready to face whatever comes my way with a much clearer head than I had 90 days ago. There's still so much work to do but I feel like I'm getting a good grip on my emotions that used to trigger me to drink. The self sabotage that I put myself through now seems like a memory.
The best part about where I'm at now is that I feel like my life is just beginning. I have the confidence now that I can accomplish goals I have set for myself that I've wanted to accomplish for years and years but just couldn't get myself to make any movement towards while I was drinking.
Here's to many more peaceful and serene days!
Merry Christmas to all of the sober recovery folk who have been more than supportive and inspirational to me and to others.
