newly sober again

Hey guys ive been on and off sober lastvfew weeks went 6 days slipped then few days slipped I havent drunk for few days now and I intend on keeping it that way as im sick of drinking and its making me sick, hoping u guys can help me not touch a drink again

Also im taking teste boosters vitamin b and milk thistle to help me with everything.

Hi- this is a thinking disease and drinking is a symptom of how you process things going on in your life. Do you know what your triggers are? If so, what are you going to do differently to handle these situations besides drinking? Do you go to meetings? The meetings can help clarify what's going on in your head and why you respond to situations by drinking.

There are no difenitive triggers they just come out of no where all of a sudden and it makes my whole brain n body believe I have to drink there is no other way no choice no matter what I do, there's no actual trigger prior
