The Doctor asked me...
Saw a substitute Doctor yesterday and after explaining my situation, he asked me if I have any depression or thoughts of suicide. I replied with actually I feel like a got a new lease on life!!

Lost 30 lbs, sleeping better, I look healthier, still some panic/anxiety, and some other nagging things but I have to be patient and let my body heal. I didn't do this damage over night!!

I know if I can do this, you can too!! I found this today and I like it!!
