Good morning all!! Thought I'd post something upbeat this morning . . .putting on my make-up earlier . . .getting ready for the day . . .I thought wow . . .my complexion is clear . . .no dark circles . . .I am looking and feeling GOOD today. Today is day 28 in my sobriety and this week has been really up and down for me, but today is a great day. I don't want to drink today . . .I want to continue to see the 41 year old "girl" in the mirror!!

Isn't it great! Taking alcohol out of the equation drops the years right away...

Congrats on 28 Days! I am glad that you are feeling better and starting to notice the result. It definitely damaged my body, there is no doubt about that.

It is truly amazing how quickly we can feel/look better when we stop poisoning our bodies.

I just tried this, but all I got was a big ugly guy who needs a haircut. Good to see you looking at the positives... Sometimes I have to push myself to get there.

Congrats to you. I have been feeling the effects of what alcohol is making me look like for sure and am looking forward to the day when I can look in the mirror and see the change myself. I so happy you are seeing the positives in all this, which is only going to help keep you moving in the right direction. Way to go!
