Back Again - Probably shouldn't have just quit.....
SR that is. However, should have probably just quit the booze
My name was supposed to be River Friend Again but looks more like River Friend Aging....well ain't that the truth and don't want to lose more time to alcohol. Anyway, didn't get better since I left but have certainly had a lot more non-drinking days and have done a lot of self reflection that's been pushing me in the right direction. Onward and upward. Merry Christmas to you good people.

How are you? Are you back again from drinking? Dont beat yourself up. I'm on day 5 of my latest attempt. I'm not enjoying the side effects. (tummy issues).
My last binge 6 nights ago took 3-4 days to recover from. Although I'm still not full well yet. My biggest problem has been INSOMNIA!!!!!

Hi guys,
Hope everyone is hanging in there and taking time to enjoy this holiday. Doing well and focusing on all the good things going on without the drinking. I've been reading a lot of material on alcoholism and decided to stop playing music live until the spring...easier to get a bit more solid. Made it through some tough situations and getting geared up to head into more with the holidays. But trying to slow down and live in the moment...the sober moment. Cheers.
