Hi Leslur - welcome

Panic attacks can be really debilitating I know...it's often hard to pin down a cause too.

Have you seen a Dr about them at all?

take 3 deep breathes, they are cheap, they are not the same type of high we are used to but they are their own class of relaxation.
again.
take 3 deep breathes.

I still have them after many years of sobriety but now I know what they are they pass quicker and I just have a lay down. They are truly annoying x

One thing to remember about panic attacks is - they can't harm you! They're a pain in the butt, I know - I have had them on and off for years (you DO get over them)
If you'd like me to send you a link to a specialist forum, let me know - it will help you understand each symptom. I don't want to list them here incase I 'give' you a new one

You can get through these irritating things and trust me, they are irritating rather than dangerous

Peace Xx
