If you get the code from utube, click on "share this video" below the video, in the last video it was "VjEq-r2agqc", take off the first bit, and just use the code.
Next the utube logo on the top right of the post reply box (it's about 5/6 across from the button to create a link) will put a utube code around it, highlight the utube link, press the utube button and post!!

No worries . . . the whole thing in the share video section under the video is:
=http://youtu.be/VjEq-r2agqc . . . so the end bit is VjEq-r2agqc
Highlight this bit and press the utube button, it'll but some utube tags on either side!! . . . success!!
