Help!!
This might sound a little drastic but it's accurate: HELP!!
I know I posted before in another thread. I'm not drunk enough to forget that but will be in 15 minutes or so.
This needs to stop. No one has a clue. But I'm breaking down because of alcohol. I need the addiction to stop and get back to normal patterns of behavior.
Please help me.

Johny, everyone here wants to help you. But you have to be honest with yourself. One thread you say you want to drink normally, and this one you are in deep need of help. Our arms are opened. There are methods on this site, AA, rational recovery, etc. take time to read and you can change this.
Hitting rock bottom can be painful. We have all faced it. But it is the driver to move forward.
Do you have a plan?

Thanks.
I can't handle it right now. I'm too drunk and too overwhelmed. After tonight I will quit. And just get back to normal.
As for the other responses, they're best off in my original thread. Making this one was based on being drunk. It feels freeing to be able to say that here.

Perhaps you can make a decision tomorrow when you feel better. Don't worry about being squiffy, we've all done it. You type well, seeing as you have had a drink, my head would be on the keyboard - lightweight There are many modes of recovery here and different helps, opinions and advice. I hope you find something that helps x
For many of us normal drinking just isn't an option. For me, once that drug hits my brain all rational behavior goes out the window. I'm not saying you're one of those people but it might be worth stepping back and doing a careful and honest evaluation. There is a life without alcohol and drugs and, for me, it has made my life worth living again.
