New Here

Hello my name is Nancy I am 35 from New Britain CT. I have been clean almost 2 years but for almost the whole 2 years I have been on Methadon.I recently got detoxed off it while I was in jail.This is my first time being on nothing and being out and I am starti ng to get nervous so I joined here.

I would seriously consider getting an NA/AA sponsor or outpatient treatment. I can only say what I would be tempted to do, but after being locked up, and newly off methadone, I would be wanting to use really bad. Remember we have a daily reprieve to do something for our recovery (pray, talk to another addict, go to a meeting, make an amends) no matter if you have 2 years or 20 years clean. Be on guard.
