Don't know what to do with myself
Hang on in there dazmistry- I'm on about day 7 or so and feeling better than day 3. I'm betting my ability to cope with whatever the future throws at me will be better sober than it was when I was drinking.
If you're freaking yourself out with thoughts of forever, try and just think of today.
All we need to do is stay sober today...then back up again tomorrow
We all live our lives one day at a time...try that approach with your recovery too

Don't know what to do with yourself? I realize that a lot of times I drank because I was bored. When I don't drink, I have all this extra time that I'm not in a fog or falling asleep. So I think of things to do that interest me. Reading various books on the kindle, watching TV or old movies. Practicing writing. Whatever interests you, find it, do it and keep yourself busy.
Tomorrow will work itself out tomorrow,
If I am bored I will call a friend in recovery, go for a walk, read the big book, or just simply to some house cleaning, I get a great feeling of accomplishment when I see and smell my house all clean.
Hang in there!!!

Hallo! Please, allow me to ask about those day numbers, they are everywhre. Are they just you personal counting of being sober, or they demand some action (like a programme)? To proceed to the next day (level)?
