I think that with everyone going thru recovery which is tough and at times you can feel low about your situation I would like everyone to name 3 things that they love about themselves. My three are as follows,

1) My work ethics being my pride and hard work I but into the product I make.

2) My tattoos, I enjoy the art I wear

3) My path of sobriety, I know this one might sound a little generic but I really do enjoy being sober.

1. I always try to help those who are in need. I may not always be able to, but I love that I try.

2. I was smart enough to never give up on my drunk self, and found this site and am getting thru it. Last night was my 10th night sober.

3. My sense of humor.

These kinds lists are always so hard lol.

Yes I have problems with things like this also but I think it a good exercise to remind yourself of good things then to dwell on you past and bad things that might have happened. Happy 10th day sober.

I agree, it is just hard. I think a lot of us spent to much time hating ourselves for drinking so much, for feeling bad the next day, and for having to face the reality of things we may have said or done while drunk that thinking positively about ourselves is very difficult. I hope more people ad to the thread and force themselves to come up with three things, it does help.
