Hi Bonnie - sorry you're struggling but it's good to see you
for me I had to do two things - find support and make changes to my life.
I stuck to SR pretty much all I could the first few days.
what kinds of things make you drink again?
Can you think of more stuff you can do to help you stay sober?

Hey Bonnie.
The first basic thing I found on Day 1, is to get all alcohol out of the house, and on the way home from work not go and buy any, if I got that right, I then needed support to get through the cravings, through talking to people on the phone or online, there is no point sitting around doing nothing in the evenings, the time used for drinking needs to be filled by something else!

i couldnt even move, as i was doing 24 bags i.v heroin a day .. so i just buckled down and its been around a month (im trying to not keep track of days) but i still am on s.r at least 8 hours a day since i dont have a job, so i treat my recovery like my job right now
