Well i'm back. I didn't take my sobriety seriously. I stayed good and clean for awhile and had that wild stupid thought again, "hey you're cured! you should celebrate with a beer with friends!" That was two months ago, and i don't even want to go into detail the fall i took since then. It felt like this one almost killed me. Maybe not physically but my spirit and will were broken for what felt like a year. So i'm back, i'm willing and able and fighting to stay with it. I've got an amazing support group and an amazing few friends that are behind me. Just wanted to say hi to everyone again.

It's part of the path I think - give it up, think you can control it, or that you deserve it and fall into the pit again. But the good thing is you can pull yourself up and give it all you've got. Welcome back x
