Hi, my name is Sharpy and I'm alcoholic. I have not had a drink in about one month. I'd like to keep it that way. I've tried to stay sober time and time again. I stop then I Binge. It's a cycle that keeps repeating. I've come to find that I'm an all or nothing kinda gal. I'm hoping to meet people that will be supportive to talk to. I hope to learn more about myself and others and find ways to stay on track.

Congrats on a month. I'm just 12 days and finally feel better and am working out and sleeping better. This site has helped me a lot. If I think about drinking all I have to do is read some posts to remind me of what I'm NOT missing.
