greetings.
a time in my life when i feel the need and desire to reconnect with the c&s community through an online source. my best way to get my head back on straight is to ask myself "what step am I on?" and to be sure about HALT; that is, to not get too hungry, angry, lonely and tired. but i don't always follow those good suggestions...just another imperfect human being
i've been clean and sober for over 33 years now and have a son who is now 7 months c & s. yes, addiction runs in families, not just biological families either---because how we behave teaches others how to behave, like it or not.
my life is reasonably good and sometimes i get a little ahead of myself so reconnecting is a good thing. have a good day and if we are all c & s that's a good day!
