Liver gets happier!!

Just started day number 4 about 15 mins ago and the burning sensation in my liver is slowly going away although i must admit that dry headaches are more frequent like i feeel my brain is totally dry haha!

Well it gues my body finally said allright now youre serious?? Okay ill start detoxing myself now!

Keep it up people! Not easy but doable!

Well done great start. You must make sure you are drinking plenty of water ,it is so important to help your body in recovery. Keep up the good work
