this week

Hi SR friends,

Thanks for all the support this week. I couldn't have done this without this site.

I'm 16 days in now, and I am soooo lucky that the worst thing I am experiencing is extreme anxiety and depression, but I can feel that lessening now. I am not out of the woods yet, I know, and still need to monitor myself. Part of my goal for doing that is to post something here every day.

I am exhausted. So all I got today is a list of a few things that helped me through this week:

1) marathon knitting session
2) yoga class
3) prayers for assistance
4) dark chocolate
5) guilt free cheeseburger on Saturday, guilt free Thai food tonight
6) NCIS marathon on tv
7) telling two true friends in person just how hard things are right now
8) the heating pad on my upper shoulder where my anxiety tensed it

Here's a funny - I was telling my friend about the AV, and he said "alcohol voice...more like as*hole voice!" And I laughed.

Good job, any. Keep it up. You can do it!

Your list is helpful to me. Good ideas and it is nice to see how others acre for themselves.

16 days is great, anyistoomuch!

Watch out for those days when you feel really good.

That always trapped me into thinking I was cured and could have a beer to celebrate.

Last time cost me 3 1/2 years. I'll never try that again.
